"Coach Lee"
Annalee became a physical therapist because she is obsessed with movement, biomechanics, and helping people do what they love. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah. Annalee is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) - which is the qualification required to train collegiate athletes.
When contemplating her decision to pursue a career as a DPT, she observed a DPT perform a running analysis and realized she wanted to know everything that DPT knew. After graduating PT school, she went on to take several courses to specialize in running biomechanics, movement assessments, and sports rehab.
As a running biomechanist and sports physical therapist, she has a passion for improving the resiliency and performance of athletes who run. She believes strength training is a must for everyone.
In the clinic, you'll find her treating runners, youth athletes, and athletes of all ages recovering from ACL reconstruction and related surgeries. Getting patients back to sport better than baseline is her motto.
Annalee is a diehard sports fan and lifelong athlete. She competed in soccer and basketball primarily but will play all sports. She wholeheartedly believes movement is medicine and commits herself to an active lifestyle. She loves the outdoors and has done triathlons, CrossFit, kickboxing, and more. Outside of the gym and work, you can find Annalee spending time with her husband Bryce, and her family, or playing in the mountains.
